Now here's one I wouldn't miss: 3005 E Waters AveTampa, FL 33604.  It's for Sale by Owner and only has had the sign out front for a few days.  Maybe 3 miles from USF, as I pass it every day and ride about 5 miles total.  It's on the river, but a good 20 feet above the high water mark on a ridge.   A half-acre with a boat ramp and dock.   Big Oak trees and everything.
